Dinner

I made dinner last night and actually enjoyed it.  On the menu was Easy Beef Enchiladas (but used ground turkey instead of beef).  I think Matt was surprised too that he liked them.  Yeah!

I love ground turkey. Ben isn't a huge fan, but that sounds like a good way to use it!
